Quotation Policy for Gear Purchases

Requesting a Quote: To receive a quote for gear purchases, please contact our sales team by phone or email. Quotes will be prepared based on the specific products, quantities, and any customization or special requests you may have.
Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise specified. After this period, prices and availability may be subject to change.
Order Confirmation: To proceed with a quoted purchase, please confirm your order within the quote validity period. Once confirmed, your order is subject to our standard purchase and return policies.
Customization or Special Requests: Customizations, bulk orders, or specific item requests may have additional processing time and require advance notice. Please allow time for us to accommodate any special requests.
Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the quote. Full payment or a deposit may be required to finalize your order, depending on the product type and order size.
Quote Changes: Prices are quoted based on the total items quoted. Changes in quantity and substitution of products may require requotes.
Shipping: All prices are quoted exclusive of shipping costs, unless otherwise specified

Payment Methods:

We accept a variety of payment options, including major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, cheques, cash and approved purchase orders. For larger orders, please contact our sales team for additional payment arrangements.

Payment Terms:

Standard Orders: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Payment Security: We prioritize your security and ensure that all transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems.
Late Payments: Any unpaid balance beyond the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower. Delinquent accounts may be subject to collection processes and restricted from placing new orders.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled before payment has been made.
Order Cancellation for Custom or Bulk Orders: Once they have been placed, they can not be canceled.
Refunds and Adjustments: Any adjustments or refunds will be processed based on our return policy. Refunds for eligible returns will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days of return processing.

Return Policy

Regularly Stocked Items: You may return regularly stocked items within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping charges. To qualify for a refund, items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
Clearance and Sale Items: All clearance and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
Cut-to-Length Rope, Cordage, and Webbing: Items that have been cut to a specified length are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
